SPRING WALK-THROUGH INSPECTIONS

The annual exterior inspection of all homes is scheduled to begin no earlier than May 7, 2001 and will be completed no later than May 18, 2001. Each owner should take a close look at their homes and yards and clean up and/or correct these types of items:

bulletIs your house paint peeling? Is there any rotted wood around your windows/doors? Be sure to check the trim and shutters too -on the front/back and side of your home!
bulletAre your window screens torn, off their track? Are your doors and/or doorframe in disrepair?
bulletIs your fence leaning or are slats missing? Is your fence gate broken? Are your gutters/downspouts missing or loose? Do you have any missing or loose siding?
bulletDoes your sidewalk or front steps/porch need repair? Is your lawn mowed and trimmed? Are bare areas seeded? Are your flower/shrub beds weeded, bushes trimmed and dead plants removed?
bulletHave you made an improvement (deck, fence, storm door, etc.) to your home without obtaining prior approval of the association?
bulletIs there an accumulation of items in your front or rear yard, on your deck or patio, such as toys, boxes, bags, etc.?
bulletIs your recycling bin/trashcan stored properly? (not in the front yard and out of view)
